President - Stacy Blois

Stacy joined the KVGSA board in 2013 in the Secretary role. Stacy lives in Quispamsis with her husband Jason and has a son, Seth. Stacy has the pleasure of being retired, and some would say KVGSA is her job of choice, albeit volunteer!

After years of playing ball, first baseball, then softball, Stacy came to KVGSA in 2012 wanting to give back to the game that has been such a huge part of her life.

Stacy strives to provide a safe place to play and develop for all girls. She is NCCP Competitive Development certified, a trained Can Pitch instructor, as well as receiving coaching certifications related to coaching girls in sport.

Stacy was an Assistant Coach of the 2021 Women's Canada Games Softball Team for NB, and served on the Team NB Mission Staff at the Canada Games in 2025.

Josh Lee

Vice President  - Josh Lee

Josh joined the KVGSA Board in 2026 after several years of coaching with the Port City Pirates. He has been actively involved in player evaluations and assisting with winter camps.

He currently serves as a Supervisor with the City of Saint John Parks Department and looks forward to supporting KVGSA both on and off the field while cheering on his daughter, Charlotte.

Executive Director - Shawn Titus

Shawn joined the KVGSA executive in 2023 after watching his daughter’s growth in her first 4 years of the program. In 2026, we are happy to have Shawn take on the Firecrackers Coordinator role as well.

He has played softball at the provincial and national level and continues to play locally when time permits.

Shawn has 25 years of experience leading an adult hockey league that serves Saint John and the surrounding communities, along with 20 years of experience serving on multiple community boards in various capacities.

This is an opportunity to invest in a program that gives girls the chance to grow life skills and learn the game of softball at the same time.

Treasurer - Julie Pugsley

Julie joined the board in 2025 after having volunteered as an assistant coach for her daughter Brynn’s team in the summer of 2024. Julie played ball when she was younger and was really excited when her daughter finally expressed interest in joining the league as softball is one of the only sports Julie really enjoys watching. When the board was searching for a treasurer, Julie decided to offer to help out as she has many years of experience doing financial management for her small business as well as various other non-profits and charities she’s worked with in the past. Julie is married to her husband Matt and has three wonderful kids – Kai, Brynn and Addie.

Dynamite Director - Meryl Coes

Meryl joined the KVGSA Board in 2023.  Meryl is from Saint John but moved to Quispamsis in 2011. Meryl is married to John and is mom to 2 fantastic  girls, Madison, 12 years old and Riley, age 10

Meryl is an Administrative Assistant with the Town of Quispamsis. Meryl has been a member with KV Girls Softball since 2017 when her oldest daughter started playing.

Meryl is very happy and excited to be involved with KVGSA on the executive board.

Secretary - Amanda Doherty

Amanda joined the board in 2023 after having been an on field volunteer for her daughter Lauren's team.

Amanda's love for softball started many years ago when she started to play fastpitch at a young age which continued into her adult years when she played in a ladies fastpitch league. She continues to play to this day on a Co-Ed slo pitch team.

In her younger years, having had to bounce all over Saint John and KV to find a softball team to play on, she is so happy to be a part of this amazing program! KVGSA makes it possible for young girls to be a part of a team and fall in love with the sport by inspiring and developing each and every girl.

On the field, Amanda has been a team manager, and then moved to coaching in 2025. In 2026, Amanda will be working as an assistant coach to the U13 Dynamite team!
