Wow!  What a season for KVGSA in 2023! KVGSA was bursting at the seams! Registration increased from 362 in 2022 to 386 in 2023. Our total membership came in at 487, with the breakdown as follows: 

• 96 Volunteer coaches: 50  in Learn to Play,  27 for the John Jellison league, and  19 Dynamite coaches
• 5 paid student grant positions
• 386 players = 36 teams!

The KVGSA board continues to look at ways to keep our programs affordable, fun, and a safe space for girls to foster their confidence and self esteem. No matter what skill level your daughter is looking for, we have programming to meet everyone’s level of play.

Looking ahead to our 2024 season, we are excited to be launching a new team brand, the Firecrackers, for our A division girls, aged U11 and up.  We are happy to announce we will be opening our batting cage up more to all members, and our U7 program times have been adjusted to better meet the needs of our U7 families.

I am extremely grateful for our board collaboration; I, along with our members, am so fortunate to have such an active board that works together to keep KVGSA programming running smoothly!  I wish to thank our team for their dedication in making KVGSA an inclusive and safe space for girls in sport.
